Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 3-5 days to process your order for ready-to-ship items. Expect an email within 5 days to let you know your order is on the way!
Ready-to-ship yarn orders will be despatched out within the week.
For dye-to-order requests, the turnaround around is between 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the yarn base availability.
Seasonal/limited yarn bases will take a slightly longer time of up to 4 weeks.
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Singapore.
Complimentary domestic delivery (NinjaVan Courier Service) for orders above SGD150. This offer is valid for online orders and deliveries to addresses within Singapore.
For orders below SGD150, delivery is SGD2.50 via SingPost, non-trackable to letterbox (size limitation). For tracked to letterbox, the shipping rate is SGD3.00.
Please select the shipping option accordingly.
Due to the restriction of the package size by SingPost, the maximum size allows is up to four 100g skeins for letterbox delivery.
Caked yarn will be via door-to-door courier service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to most countries.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Overseas orders are shipped via the local postal service (SingPost) and are trackable.
Shipping overseas is between 14 to 21 days.Do take note if you have any urgent orders.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Parkour Kitties Fibers is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
